Payment & Refund Notice

I. Payment Notice

(1) The course fee paid by the participant is tax inclusive, which covers the cost of the theoretical session (all participants ), the hands-on session (Full Package only), lunches during the course and one dinner in honor of all participants, invitation letters and other related formalities and assistance (applicable to non-Chinese participants). Accommodation, transportation and other additional costs incurred by participants during the course are not included.

(2) Payment must be marked with participant’s name + course name + mobile phone number. (Paypal, WeChat, credit card, bank transfer are supported)

(3) Non-Chinese participants must pay through the website.

(4) All discounts and offers are non-stackable and discount codes cannot be used repeatedly. Overseas Alumni please contact communication@ircadcn.com to obtain the coupon code.

(5) Enrolment is deemed to be completed upon 100% payment (first come, first served). If registration is successful, a registration confirmation will be sent via email (communication@ircadcn.com) within 3 working days, subject to this confirmation.

(6) Upon receipt of the confirmation letter, please contact communication@ircadcn.com within 3 working days to provide the information needed to apply for visa. IRCAD China will cooperate with the listed documents, the information required to be filled in and the specific requirements pursuant to the effective laws and regulations. IRCAD China will not be responsible for any failure of visa processing due to incomplete submission of information after the deadline or any other reasons not related to IRCAD China. IRCAD staff will confirm whether the relevant documents can be provided within 2 working days after receiving the information, and if it is really impossible to provide the documents, a full refund will be made. IRCAD China staff has the right to ask the participant to explain the basis for providing such documents or information.

(7) Only one account will be accepted for one-time full payment per order.

II. Refund Policy

(1) If a course is delayed or cancelled due to IRCAD China’s own reasons, the student may choose to receive a full refund or be adjusted to another course, but IRCAD China will not indemnify any claims for damages.

(2) In the event of force majeure circumstances leading to the postponement, suspension or cancellation of the course, IRCAD China will immediately notify the participants, but IRCAD China will not assume any legal liability. In the event of force majeure, both parties have the right to choose to continue or suspend their obligations. If either party chooses to terminate, IRCAD China will refund all or part of the fees (based on the actual progress of the course).

(3) No refunds will be given to participants who enrolled under the Early Bird discount.

(4) If the participant is unable to attend the course due to his/her own reasons, he/she can choose to postpone to other courses at the same price, subject to the confirmation letter of the extension (only one extension is available, and must be requested by email 7 days in advance).
– Extension Request must contain: name, brief statement of the reason for extension, time and name of the course selected, time and name of the course to be extended, registration confirmation (attachment).

(5) Refund fees (tax included) are as follows if the refund is due to a student’s personal request (excluding participants who enrolled under the Early Bird discount):
– 45 days (inclusive) or more before the course commencement date: 100% refund
– 31 days (inclusive) to 44 days prior to the course commencement date: 50% refund
– 15 days (inclusive) to 30 days prior to the course commencement date: 30% refund
– Up to and including 14 days prior to the course commencement date: No refund

(6) The refund account is the same account as the payment.

(7) All refund requests must be sent to communication@ircadcn.com or Wechat Customer Service, the time of receipt shall prevail (UTC/GMT+08:00).
– Refund Request must contain: name, brief statement of reason for refund, registration confirmation (attachment)
– Refund acceptance: IRCAD China will complete the review and confirmation within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the Refund Request, and will refund the corresponding fees to those who meet the refund conditions within 30 working days after the date of confirmation.

III. Notes

(1) IRCAD China reserves the right to make minor adjustments to the course schedule at any time without the consent of the participants. However, IRCAD China ensures that the adjustments to the course will not involve substantial changes in the rights and obligations of both parties.

(2) If you still want to register after the payment deadline, please contact communication@ircadcn.com to be added to the waiting list. If there are any additional seats, you will be contacted in the order of receiving the email.
